This website presents the digital creative work and commission enquiries of FIRTS MAX LTD, company number 17502646, registered in England and Wales. Artsforangelo is the creative practice presented by the company.

Commission enquiries and pricing

Email your project brief to contact@firtsmaxltd.com. A project-specific quote will set out the price, currency, payment arrangements, scope, file formats, revisions, usage rights and delivery schedule before a commission is confirmed. Sending an enquiry does not create a paid order.

Digital delivery and creative process

Work is delivered digitally through the method agreed for the commission. Physical goods or shipping are not included unless expressly agreed. Our practice includes AI-assisted creation and digital editing. Tell us about any requirements or restrictions in your brief before work is agreed.

Usage rights

Licensing, commercial use and any exclusivity must be agreed in writing for the specific work. Viewing images on the website or Instagram does not grant a licence to copy or commercially reuse them.

Cancellations, refunds and delivery issues

Project-specific cancellation and refund arrangements will be supplied with the quote before payment. Contact us before approving a quote if you need clarification. For an existing order, email your project reference and explain the issue, including any missing, incorrect or inaccessible files. We will review the agreed scope and work with you to resolve the issue. Nothing in these terms limits applicable statutory consumer rights.

Voluntary tips

Tips are optional support for the creative work. They do not purchase a commission, artwork, subscription or other benefit. If you made a tip in error, contact us with the transaction details so we can review it. Payment links on this website open a separate Stripe checkout. Review the currency, item description and total before paying. For commissions, pay only after agreeing the project details with us.
